The MC 5 AL dual coil humbucking pickup, create a large sensing field for a big and solid five-string tone with strong transients and great definition.
Two XL size coils with ten large individual AlNiCo V magnets give you tight bass response and warm low mids that will stay focused even with complex playing. The massive sound shaping, plus a raw top end grind give you a good amount of cut and a definite R&B vibe. Switching coils to parallel mode gives a bright and clean highendish voice to your bass that is great for clean funk, chords and tapping.
